  • To prepare inventory of major Mineral exploration, testing and development equipment available with public sector agencies describing general specifications, numbers available, condition etc.
  • Inventory of Professional Mineral expertise, in public and Private sector (by discipline, name, degrees, years of private sector experience domestic/foreign beyond six or more years’ experience, or training after B. Sc level i.e.,10 years beyond matriculation)
  • Present supply-demand balance by Mineral sector discipline of graduates/ National Universities.
  • Inventory of major coal mines (1) producing an average 1000 tons per week or more by (a) name of mine, (b) location, (c) name of company and owner, (d)production capacity, (e) peak employment (II) A map with a circle code for capacity ranges showing location of coal mine and coal markets.

    Excavation, Diesel Engine etc.
  • Technical Manpower such as Mining Engineers, Geologists, Shot Firers, Mine Surveyors, Drill Operators etc.
  • Method of Quarrying, giving details of bench design, drill holes pattern, type and quantum of explosives, primary
    blasting, secondary blasting, safety measures etc. Financial analysis such as Capital Cost, Operating Cost,Production Cost etc. Details of Roads and Labour accommodation.
